Class cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the class start time, but only classes cancelled 24 hours before the start time will be refunded. If you paid with your class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will not be credited back to your class or refunded.
